    Gorgonzola Cheese Crackers

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 pound Gorgonzola cheese (or any quality blue cheese), crumbled
    1 stick sweet cream salted butter
    1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts

    Recipe

    Bring cheese and butter to room temperature. Combine cheese, butter and garlic powder in food processor. Blend well. Add flour by 1/2 cup increments. When well blended add nuts and chop for 20 seconds more.

    Remove mixture from processor and mix well, rolling into a ball. Let rest for 15 minutes.

    Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

    Roll mixture into walnut sized balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with fork tines to make into a biscuit.

    Cook for 15 - 20 minutes or until biscuit begins to brown.

    Cool and place in tins.
