    8 ounces Gruyere cheese, grated
    3/4 stick salted butter, softened
    1 cup flour
    1 teaspoon dill
    Pinch of salt

    Recipe



    Cream together cheese and butter. Add flour, dill and salt. Mix well. Roll into 1/2" balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Slightly flatten with fork tines. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until slightly browned. Cool and serve.
