Tuscan Cheese Straws

1 1/2 cups flour
8 tablespoons butter
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, dry, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon pepper, course ground
1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Add all ingredients to a mixer bowl (or food processor). Blend until a firm dough forms. cover and refrigerate 45 minutes. roll out the dough 1/4 inch thick on a lightly floured board. Cut into strips 3 inches by 1/2 inch. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 12 to 15 minutes (or until just lightly browned). Cool before serving.
