    2 cups pecan halves
    1 1/2 ounces butter, melted (enough to coat pecans)
    2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning (or more if desired)

    Toss together all ingredients. Preheat oven to 325. Make a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake for 5 minutes. Cool before serving.
