    1 pound nuts, your choice
    1 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon water
    1 egg white
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 300. Beat egg white till frothy but not stiff. Add nuts till well coated. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon and add to nuts. Bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees stirring twice (at 10 and 20 minutes). cool on waxed paper and break apart.
