    This recipe can be served with fresh bean sprouts or chopped cucumbers stirred in. For a crunchy change add some chopped roasted peanuts.

    List of Ingredients




    1/2 pound pasta
    1/4 Cup water
    1/4 Cup smooth peanut butter
    3 Tablespoons tamari
    2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
    1 Tablespoon sesame oil
    1 Tablespoon Tahini, optional
    2 Tablespoons roasted sesame seeds, for garnish

    Recipe



    Cook pasta until al dente and drain. Cover to keep warm. In small pot, heat water and peanut butter together and stir until blended. Add Balsamic vinegar, sesame oil and Tahini. Place in bowl with noodles and toss to coat. Serve with roasted sesame seeds sprinkled on top.
