    This is my favorite lasagna! I have not included exact amounts. It will depend on the size of your dish you use. I make my own tomato sauce for this dish, but you can use a canned one like Ragu.

    List of Ingredients




    Lasagna Noodles
    Tomato sauce
    Fresh bag of spinach
    Olive oil
    4 Garlic cloves, crushed
    Cooked chicken, shredded or diced
    Ricotta
    Parmesean, fresh grated
    Romano, fresh grated
    Motzarella, fresh grated

    Cook lasagna noodles until al dente. Saute spinach in a little oil and garlic until cooked. Drain and squeeze out liquid. Using a deep lasagna dish that has been lightly oiled start with lasagna layer and put a layer of sauce, then a layer of chicken, then a layer of cheeses, then a layer of ricotta, then a layer of spinach and a layer of lasagna noodles again. Start over layering in the same manner. You will end up with 2 - 3 layers depending on dish size. End with a layer of lasagna noodles and top with some sauce and cheeses. Bake in 350 degree oven until heated through.
