Linda's Chicken Salad

Recipe Introduction
This is a different type of chicken salad that is great served on crackers.
List of Ingredients
4 chicken breasts
2 packages of McCormick Meat Marinade (origional flavor)
2 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 package of Ranch dressing (buttermilk variety)
1 cup buttermilk
1 to 1 1/2 carrots grated
1/2 cup sliced fresh mushroomsRecipe
Mix marinade with water, lemon juice and oil. Marinade chicken for 1 hour to overnight. Cook chicken in marinade. Chop chicken into cubes or shread. Add together with cooked marinade, carrots, ranch dressing, buttermilk and mushrooms. Mix well. Chill and serve.
***1/4 cup white wine can be added to the marinade
