Spinach and Artichoke Dip

2 boxes frozen spinach
8 ounces sour cream
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup Parmesean cheese
1/2 cup Romano cheese
1 can artichoke hearts (in water), finely diced
1/2 white onion, finely minced
1 stick butter
3 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 brick Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Recipe
Cook spinach till done and drain.
Saute onion and butter. Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Stir in sour cream, cream cheese, Parmesean and Romano cheese until creamy.
Add spinach and artichoke and spoon into a dish. Top with Monterey Jack cheese.
Cook at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
