    1 can cream of asparagus soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 cup shallots, finely minced
    1/4 cup celery, finely minced
    1 stick salted butter
    1 can corn
    1 lb crabmeat
    About 2 cups half and half
    1/4 cup white wine
    Salt and pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Saute scallions and celery until soft. Add soups, corn, white wine and enough half and half for desired consistency. Heat to simmering. Add crabmeat and adjust half and half if necessary. Heat to simmering and cook for 15 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
