Makes 4 quarts
List of Ingredients
2 pounds lean ground beef
1 onion, finely chopped
2 cans kidney beans, undrained
2 cans black beans, undrained
2 cans pinto beans, ungrained
1 can tomatoes
1 can Rotel
2 packages taco seasoning
2 packages Ranch dressing
2 cans shoepeg corn
2 cups water
Green onions, chopped for garnish
Sour cream, for garnish
Shredded cheddar, for garnishRecipe
Brown beef with onion. Drain. Add rest of ingredients, mix and simmer for 2 hours. Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar, and chopped green onion.
This recipe can be done in a crockpot.
