1/4 Cup honey
1/4 Cup butter
1/4 Cup fresh orange juice or apple juice
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 16oz. Package baby carrots


Recipe



In medium sauce pan bring honey, butter and orange juice to a boil. Stir in brown sugar. Add carrots and reduce heat. Simmer, stirring occasionally until carrots are tender and liquid is reduced to a glaze. Serve.
