    RECIPE CALLS FOR.....WHAT TO USE

    1 teaspoon baking flour...1/4 teaspoon soda + 1 teaspoon cream of tarter

    1 whole egg (in cookies)...2 egg yolks + 1 teaspoon water

    1 whole egg (in custards)...2 egg yolks

    1 cup honey...3/4 cup sugar + 1/4 cup liquid called for in recipe being used

    1 cup sifted all purpose flour...1 cup + 2 tablespoons sifted white cake flour

    1 cup sifted all purpose flour...1 cup self rising flour and omit salt, baking powder and/or soda called for in recipe

    1 cup homogenized milk...1/2 cup evaporated milk + 1 cup water

    1 cup homogenized milk...1/2 cup condensed milk + 1/2 cup water
