Stuffed Mushrooms

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound(24) large mushrooms with stems on.
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon finely minced onion
- 1 tablespoon finely minced chive
- 2 tablespoons butter(unsalted)
- Seasoned bread crumbs
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Remove stems and chop course,
gently remove the gills from the caps,
set them in a baking dish.
- In a frying pan add 2 tablespoons of
unsalted butter,onions,chives and
the chopped stems. Fry until tender.
Add the sour cream and blend well.
- Add seasoned bread crumbs to thicken
but not too dry.
- Fill the caps with mixture and mound it.
Top with the cheddar cheese.
- Bake in 350 degree oven until tender
and cheese is melted.
