    Stuffed Mushrooms

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound(24) large mushrooms with stems on.
    • 1/2 cup sour cream
    • 1 teaspoon finely minced onion
    • 1 tablespoon finely minced chive
    • 2 tablespoons butter(unsalted)
    • Seasoned bread crumbs
    • Shredded Cheddar Cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

    2. Remove stems and chop course,
      gently remove the gills from the caps,
      set them in a baking dish.

    3. In a frying pan add 2 tablespoons of
      unsalted butter,onions,chives and
      the chopped stems. Fry until tender.
      Add the sour cream and blend well.

    4. Add seasoned bread crumbs to thicken
      but not too dry.

    5. Fill the caps with mixture and mound it.
      Top with the cheddar cheese.

    6. Bake in 350 degree oven until tender
      and cheese is melted.
