Peppered Marinaded Steak

List of Ingredients
- 1/4 Cup vegetable oil
- 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 Tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Seasoned Perrer
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 Pound sirloin or other steak
Instructions
- Combine first 6 ingredients in alarge self-closing plastic bag orshallow glass dish.
- Add steak and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Remove steak; discard marinade.
- Grill to desired doneness.
Final Comments
Serve with a hearty toss salad,potato salad etc.
