Peanut Butter and Jelly Biscuits

- 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
- 10 Tablespoons peanut butter
- 8-10 Tablespoons strawberry perserves or what you like
- 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 Teaspoons milk
Instructions
- Heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Seperate dough into 10 biscuits;seperate
each biscuit into 2 layers. Spoon 1 table-
spoon peanut butter on center of half
of the biscuit pieces.
- Top with remaining biscuit pieces;
pinch edges to seal.
- Place biscuits on ungreased 9-inch
round cake pan or 8-inch square pan.
- With thumb, make a dent in top of each
biscuit.Fill each dented biscuit with
1 Tablespoon jelly or preserve.
- Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until
golden brown.
- In a small bowl mix together the
powdered sugar and milk to make a
glaze. Drizzle over tops of warm
biscuits.
- Makes 10 rolls.
