    Peanut Butter and Jelly Biscuits

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 ounce) can refrigerated flaky biscuits
    • 10 Tablespoons peanut butter
    • 8-10 Tablespoons strawberry perserves or what you like
    • 1/4 Cup powdered sugar
    • 1-2 Teaspoons milk


    Instructions


    1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
    2. Seperate dough into 10 biscuits;seperate
      each biscuit into 2 layers. Spoon 1 table-
      spoon peanut butter on center of half
      of the biscuit pieces.
    3. Top with remaining biscuit pieces;
      pinch edges to seal.
    4. Place biscuits on ungreased 9-inch
      round cake pan or 8-inch square pan.
    5. With thumb, make a dent in top of each
      biscuit.Fill each dented biscuit with
      1 Tablespoon jelly or preserve.
    6. Bake for 23 to 28 minutes or until
      golden brown.
    7. In a small bowl mix together the
      powdered sugar and milk to make a
      glaze. Drizzle over tops of warm
      biscuits.
    8. Makes 10 rolls.
