    Eclair Cake

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 Box graham crackers
    • 3-1/2 Cups milk
    • 1 large container Cool Whip
    • 2 small packages of instant vanilla pudding
    • 6 Tablespoons cocoa
    • 3 Tablespoons butter, unsalted
    • 2 Tablespoons oil
    • 2 teaspoons corn syurp or honey
    • 1-1/2 Cup powdered sugar


    Instructions


    1. Line a 13x9 inch pan with whole crackers.

    2. Mix pudding and milk. Blend in cool whip.Pour half over crackers.

    3. Add another layer of crackers; add remainingpudding mixture, and then another layerof crackers.

    4. Refrigerate for 2 hours, then frost.

    5. For Frosting:

    6. Mix together cocoa, butter,oil,corn syurp or honeyand powdered sugar for frosting.
