Lemon-Poppy Seed Cake

List of Ingredients
- 1 Package instant lemon pudding
- 1 Lemon cake mix
- 1 Cup milk
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons poppy seeds
- 2 Teaspoons lemon extract
- 4 Eggs
- 1 angel food pan or bundt pan, greased anf floured.
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in mixer.
Beat on medium for about 2 minutes.
Until light and smooth.
- Pour into greased and floured pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350 degrees.
Check center for doneness.
- Cool slightly and remove from pan.
- Dust with powdered sugar or frost with
what ever frosting you like.
