One Dish Chicken & Rice Bake

List of Ingredients
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
- 1 cup water (or 1 1/3 cups water for creamier rice)
- 3/4 c. uncooked regular white rice
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In 2 qt. shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, paprika and pepper. Place chicken on top, and sprinkle on additional paprika and pepper to taste.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until done.
Final Comments
NOTE: I have also substituted pork chops for the chicken, and even used Cream of Chicken condensed soup at times.
