    Source of Recipe

    Recipe Introduction

My step-mother made this recipe Christmas 2001. I have fallen in love with this stuff. It is easy to make and everyone seems to love it as much as I do!

    List of Ingredients

    • 3/4 cup Parkay
    • 3 cups sugar
    • 5oz can of evaporated milk
    • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
    • 10-12oz bag of Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
    • 7oz jar of marshmallow creme
    • 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired

    Instructions

    1. In a large pan, mix the parkay, sugar, milk and vanilla together. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
    2. Mix the peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and nuts (if desired) til melted.
    3. Pour mixture into greased 13x9 baking dish. Let harden. Fudge can be hardened in the refrigerator or left out to cool.
    4. When hardened cut into squares and ENJOY!

    Final Comments

This is a very sweet fudge. If it is too sweet, with the next batch just cut back on some of the sugar!
