Recipe Introduction
My step-mother made this recipe Christmas 2001. I have fallen in love with this stuff. It is easy to make and everyone seems to love it as much as I do!
List of Ingredients
- 3/4 cup Parkay
- 3 cups sugar
- 5oz can of evaporated milk
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 10-12oz bag of Reeses Peanut Butter Chips
- 7oz jar of marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped nuts, if desired
Instructions
- In a large pan, mix the parkay, sugar, milk and vanilla together. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and bring to a low boil for 5 minutes.
- Mix the peanut butter chips, marshmallow creme and nuts (if desired) til melted.
- Pour mixture into greased 13x9 baking dish. Let harden. Fudge can be hardened in the refrigerator or left out to cool.
- When hardened cut into squares and ENJOY!
Final Comments
This is a very sweet fudge. If it is too sweet, with the next batch just cut back on some of the sugar!
