Cranberry Salad

List of Ingredients
- 4 Cups cranberries
- 3 Cups sugar
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Cup boiling water
- 2 3 ounce packages of lemon gelatin
- 2 Cups celery, diced
- 1 Cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine berries and water in asaucepan and simmer until skinsbegin to burst.
- Add sugar; cook for 3 minutes more.
- In a bowl combine gelatin and boilingwater. Chill until syurpy.
- Fold in berries, celery, and nuts.
- Pour into a 2 quart mold and chill until firm.
- Remove from mold onto a serving plater.Place on greens for decoration.
