    Cranberry Salad

    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Cups cranberries
    • 3 Cups sugar
    • 1/2 Cup water
    • 1 Cup boiling water
    • 2 3 ounce packages of lemon gelatin
    • 2 Cups celery, diced
    • 1 Cup chopped walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Combine berries and water in asaucepan and simmer until skinsbegin to burst.

    2. Add sugar; cook for 3 minutes more.

    3. In a bowl combine gelatin and boilingwater. Chill until syurpy.

    4. Fold in berries, celery, and nuts.

    5. Pour into a 2 quart mold and chill until firm.

    6. Remove from mold onto a serving plater.Place on greens for decoration.
