List of Ingredients
- 1 pound of lean corned beef, sliced thin
- 14 ounce can of sauerkraut, drained
- 4 ounces Swiss Chees, sliced
- 1/2 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
- 8 slices of rye bread
- 2 Tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon thousand island
dressing on to 2 slices of the bread.
- Place 1/4 of the corned beef onto
1 slice and top with swiss cheese.
- Spread sauerkraut over cheese and
add other slice of bread.
- Butter outside of bread and grill
sandwich on each side in a medium/hot
skillet until golden brown and cheese
is melted.
- Makes 4 servings.
