    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound of lean corned beef, sliced thin
    • 14 ounce can of sauerkraut, drained
    • 4 ounces Swiss Chees, sliced
    • 1/2 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
    • 8 slices of rye bread
    • 2 Tablespoons butter


    Instructions


    1. Spread 1 tablespoon thousand island
      dressing on to 2 slices of the bread.

    2. Place 1/4 of the corned beef onto
      1 slice and top with swiss cheese.

    3. Spread sauerkraut over cheese and
      add other slice of bread.

    4. Butter outside of bread and grill
      sandwich on each side in a medium/hot
      skillet until golden brown and cheese
      is melted.

    5. Makes 4 servings.
