List of Ingredients
- 8 Slices of bread
- 2 Cups crabmeat
- 1 yellow onion,chopped
- 1 Cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 Cup green pepper, chopped
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 3 Cups milk
- 1 Cup cream of mushroom soup
- Grated Cheese
- Paprika
Instructions
- Cook velery slowly,10 minutes in a
little water;drain.
- Dice half the bread and place in a
baking dish.
- Mix together crabmeat,onion,mayo,pepper
and celery.
- Spread over the bread dices.
- Dice other half of bread and place
over crab mixture.
- Mix eggs,milk and soup together and pour
over mixture in dish.
- Cover and place in frigerator overnight.
- Bake in 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese and paprika and bake
just until cheese is melted.
- Serves 8
Final Comments
Serve with a salad and crusty bread.
