Grilled Corn on the Cob

List of Ingredients
- 12 ears of corn
- 1/2 Teaspoon salt
- 3 Scallions
- 3/4 Cup unsalted butter
- 1Teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Finely chop scallions,Melt butter
and add salt,scallions and juice.
- Pull back husks and remove the silk
from the corn.
- Brush with butter mixture and bring
husks back over the ear.
- Grill corn 5 inches from medium heat
for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Serve with remaining melted butter.
- Serves 8
