    List of Ingredients


    • 12 ears of corn
    • 1/2 Teaspoon salt
    • 3 Scallions
    • 3/4 Cup unsalted butter
    • 1Teaspoon fresh lemon juice


    Instructions


    1. Finely chop scallions,Melt butter
      and add salt,scallions and juice.
    2. Pull back husks and remove the silk
      from the corn.
    3. Brush with butter mixture and bring
      husks back over the ear.
    4. Grill corn 5 inches from medium heat
      for 20 minutes, turning occasionally.
    5. Serve with remaining melted butter.
    6. Serves 8
