Twice Baked Potatoes

List of Ingredients
- 6 Baking potatoes
- 3 Sweet white onions
- 1 Egg
- 1 Tablespoon flour
- 1/3 Cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 Cup yogurt
- 1/2 Teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Bake potatoes until fork tender.
- While potatoes are baking saute
thinly sliced onions in butter
until soft.
- Cut potatoes in half and remove from
skins.
- Mix together the potato,egg,flour and
yogurt.
- Stir in butter/onion mixture.
- Stuff potato peel shells and sprinkle
with paprika.
- Bake 20 minutes more.
- Serves 6

Goes well with all types of meals!!!
