List of Ingredients
- 2 Cups of grapes washed ( I use Concord)
- 4 Tablespoons of flour
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar or a little more( if grapes are not sweet enough)
- dash of salt
- 1 Tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- seperate skin from the pulps of the grapes ( save grape skins if you would like your filling to have the grape coloring)
- cook the pulps of the grapes over low to low-med heat just until the seeds loosen from the pulp. Put pulp mixture through a seive to seperate from the seed and
bigger particals
- chop up your skins and add them to your pulp if you are using them for coloring
- add remaining ingredents to the pulp and stir together throughly and let cool
