    Grape Bars - part 2

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 Cups of grapes washed ( I use Concord)
    • 4 Tablespoons of flour
    • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
    • 1/2 cup sugar or a little more( if grapes are not sweet enough)
    • dash of salt
    • 1 Tablespoon of butter


    Instructions


    1. seperate skin from the pulps of the grapes ( save grape skins if you would like your filling to have the grape coloring)

    2. cook the pulps of the grapes over low to low-med heat just until the seeds loosen from the pulp. Put pulp mixture through a seive to seperate from the seed and
      bigger particals

    3. chop up your skins and add them to your pulp if you are using them for coloring

    4. add remaining ingredents to the pulp and stir together throughly and let cool
