List of Ingredients
- 4 lbs of Ground Beef (lean)
- 1/4 Cup of Curing Salt
- 1/8 tsp of Minced Garlic
- 1 Tbls of Mustard Seed
- 2 tsp of Pepper
- 1 tsp of Paprika
- 1 tsp of Sugar
- 1 Tbls of Liquid Smoke
Instructions
- Mix first 7 ingredents together throughly and refrigerate at least 8 hours
- Mix in the liquid smoke throughly and shape into log shapes
- Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees
Final Comments
The meat will look pink but it is throughly cooked the color is due to the curing salt
