    List of Ingredients


    • 4 lbs of Ground Beef (lean)
    • 1/4 Cup of Curing Salt
    • 1/8 tsp of Minced Garlic
    • 1 Tbls of Mustard Seed
    • 2 tsp of Pepper
    • 1 tsp of Paprika
    • 1 tsp of Sugar
    • 1 Tbls of Liquid Smoke


    Instructions


    1. Mix first 7 ingredents together throughly and refrigerate at least 8 hours

    2. Mix in the liquid smoke throughly and shape into log shapes

    3. Bake for 1 hour at 300 degrees



    Final Comments


    The meat will look pink but it is throughly cooked the color is due to the curing salt
