    PREPARE VANILLA PUDDING ACCORDING TO PKG DIRECTIONS. COOL SLIGHTLY. STIR IN 2 TBLSP RUM. COVER AND CHILL UNTIL ALMOST SET. WHIP 1 CUP OF CREAM UNTIL STIFF AND FOLD INTO CHILLED PUDDING.

    IN A SERVING BOWL (2 QT), GENTLY TEAR ABOUT ½ OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE INTO BITE SIZE PIECES INTO EVEN LAYER.

    STIR TOGETHER, BRANDY AND REMAINING RUM AND SPRINKLE OVER CAKE. THEN SPOON IN ABOUT HALF OF PUDDING MIXTURE. THEN LAYER OF STRAWBERRIES. TEAR REMAINING CAKE AND ARRANGE EVEN LAYER. SPRINKLE WITH BRANDY AND RUM THEN ADD WHOLE BERRIES, RESERVING 6 FOR GARNISH. CAREFULLY SPOON REST OF PUDDING AND COVER AND CHILL. WHIP REMAINING CREAM AND SUGAR.
