Taco Salad

Serves a crowd!
List of Ingredients
- 2 pounds fried, drained and cooled ground meat
- 2 cans chili beans (or kidney beans)
- 1 large diced onion
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 diced head lettuce
- 5-6 diced tomatoes
- 7 ounces taco flavored doritos (crushed)
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup sugar (or honey)
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/4 cup vinegar
Instructions
- Layer meat, chili beans, onion, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in large bowl in order listed.
- Just before serving, mix together ketchup, sugar, oil and vinegar in seperate container. Pour over salad, add doritoes and toss.
