    List of Ingredients


    • 2 pounds fried, drained and cooled ground meat
    • 2 cans chili beans (or kidney beans)
    • 1 large diced onion
    • 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
    • 1 diced head lettuce
    • 5-6 diced tomatoes
    • 7 ounces taco flavored doritos (crushed)
    • 1/2 cup ketchup
    • 1/2 cup sugar (or honey)
    • 1/2 cup oil
    • 1/4 cup vinegar


    Instructions


    1. Layer meat, chili beans, onion, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes in large bowl in order listed.
    2. Just before serving, mix together ketchup, sugar, oil and vinegar in seperate container. Pour over salad, add doritoes and toss.
