    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup chopped broccoli
    • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
    • 1 cup carrots, sliced in thin diagonals
    • 3 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1/4 cup diced red pepper
    • 2 cups snipped fresh chives or basil, if available
    • 5-6 cherry tomatoes or 1 roma
    • 2 tablespoons minced parsley (fresh is best)
    • 1/2 cup onion, diced
    • 1/2 pound angel hair pasta


    Instructions


    1. Bring large pot of distilled wate rto boil.
    2. Blanchy broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and oinions for 3-5 minutes or until tender.
    3. Remove veggies with slotted spoon, rinse in cold water and pat dry.
    4. Return vegetable water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add pasta and cook until tender but firm, about 3-5 minutes.
    5. While pasta is coolking, heat remaining olive oil in large skillet. Add blanched vegetables, red pepper, seasoning and tomatoes. Saute 3-5 minutes.
    6. Drain pasta and transfer to large bowl. Toss with vegetables. Season with Bragg Liquid Aminos (or salt) and herb seasoning.
