- 2 1/2 CUPS BISQUICK
- 1/4 CUP OLEO
- 1 TEASPOON CINNAMON
- 1/4 TEASPOON ALLSPICE
- 1/4 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
- 1 1/2 CUP SUGAR
- 2 EGGS
- 1 1/4 CUP MILK
- 1 CUP PITTED CHERRIES
Instructions
- COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS.
- MIX WELL.
- POUR INTO GREASED CAKE PAN AND BAKE IN A 350 OVEN FOR ABOUT 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL FORK INSERTED COMES OUT CLEAN.
Final Comments
YOU CAN TOP WITH VANILLA FROSTING OR SERVE PLAIN WITH ICE CREAM. MOM WAS ALL FOR EASY AND SHE USED BIQUICK FOR EVERYTHING.
