Applesauce Meatballs

List of Ingredients



• Meatballs:
  
• 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  
• 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  
• 1c. bread crumbs
  
• 1c. applesauce
  
• 1t. salt
  
• Sauce:
  
• 1c. brown sugar
  
• 1 onion, diced
  
• 1/2t. chili powder
  
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
  
• 1/3c. lemon juice
  
• 1/2c. vinegar
  
• 1c. hot ketchup
  
• 1/2c. HP sauce
  






Instructions



1. Shape into balls. Cook 10 mins. to brown.
   
2. Mix and pour sauce over meatballs.
