Several lbs chicken wings
1 envelope Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
6 oz Crystal Louisiana Hot Sauce (or more if you like very hot wings)
Juice of one lemon
1 1/2 tsps. dried basil
1 stick (1/4 lb.) butter
Cut up chicken wings and place on cookie sheets lined with foil.
Bake wings at 450F for half an hour. Meanwhile, melt butter over
low heat, and mix in rest of ingredients. Simmer sauce for 10
minutes. Lower oven heat to 375F and take out wings; brush with
sauce. Bake 10 minutes more. Serve with celery sticks and blue
cheese dressing.
