List of Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2T. milk
- 2 (4 oz) cans chopped green chilies, drained
- 4 oz. Swiss cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
Instructions
- Beat eggs and milk together. Add green chilies and mix well.
- Add grated Swiss and Cheddar cheese. Pour into 8x9 square pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle Monterey Jack cheese on top. Bake for 30 mins. at 350 or until bubbly and brown on top.
- Serve with crackers.
