Chili Cheese Squares

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- 1 lb. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 eggs
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 8oz. can whole green chilies
Instructions
- Spray baking dish with Pam. Split chilies lengthwise and remove seeds and veins.
- Lay flat on bottom of baking dish. Mix cheeses, eggs, milk and pour over chilies.
- Bake at 375 for 45 mins.
