Engine-Revving Chicken Wings

- 1c. hot sauce
- 1t. garlic salt
- 24 chicken drummettes
- 2T. butter
- 1c. Bisquick
- 3/4t. onion salt
- 1/2t. pepper
- 1/4t. cayenne pepper
- blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Stir together hot sauce and garlic salt until blended. Pour over drummettes; cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours, but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 450. Melt butter in jelly roll pan in oven. Stir together Bisquick, onion salt and peppers.
- Remove chicken from sauce; discard sauce. Coat chicken with Bisquick mixture.
- Place in single layer in pan. Bake 25 mins. turn and bake an aditional 20-25 mins. or until chicken is golden brown and juice is clear.
- Serve with dressing.
