Ok guys, I washed some potatoes to boil and my husband decided to take the potatoe skins and put them in a frying pan with some oil and fry them. When they were finished he drained them and put salt on them. They were great along with some ranch dressing. Gotta try them now no more wasting of potatoe skins.
