    List of Ingredients


    • 16 pairs frogs' legs
    • 2c. beer
    • 2c. flour
    • 1t. basil leaves
    • 1/2t. each of thyme, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
    • 3T. butter
    • 3T. olive oil
    • 2T. lemon juice
    • 2T. chopped parsley


    Instructions


    1. Soak the frogs' legs in the beer for 2 hours. While legs are saoking, blend the flour, herbs and spices together.
    2. Remove the legs from the beer. Pat dry with paper towels.
    3. Dust the legs with seasoned flour. In a large skillet heat the butter and oil together.
    4. Saute the legs in the butter and oil until golden brown on each side. Place on a serving plate, sprinkle with lemon and pasley and serve.
