List of Ingredients
- 16 pairs frogs' legs
- 2c. beer
- 2c. flour
- 1t. basil leaves
- 1/2t. each of thyme, paprika, oregano, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper
- 3T. butter
- 3T. olive oil
- 2T. lemon juice
- 2T. chopped parsley
Instructions
- Soak the frogs' legs in the beer for 2 hours. While legs are saoking, blend the flour, herbs and spices together.
- Remove the legs from the beer. Pat dry with paper towels.
- Dust the legs with seasoned flour. In a large skillet heat the butter and oil together.
- Saute the legs in the butter and oil until golden brown on each side. Place on a serving plate, sprinkle with lemon and pasley and serve.
