Golden Cheese Toast

List of Ingredients



• 1c. cheddar cheese, grated
  
• 2 eggs, beaten
  
• 1t. Worcestershire sauce
  
• 1/4t. salt
  
• 1/2t. dry mustard
  
• 12 bread slices
  
• 6 slices bacon
  






Instructions



1. Preheat oven to 475. In a bowl mix first 5 ingredients. Set aside.
   
2. With a glass or pastry cutter, cut bread into 3 inch rounds.
   
3. Spread with cheese mixture. Cut bacon slices in half. Top each bread round with 1/2 slice bacon.
   
4. Cook in oven 15 mins. or until bacon is crisp. Serve.
