Mozzarella Rounds

2 C Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 C Mayonnaise (may take more or less)
1/2 C Finely chopped onion
Red pepper, to taste
3 tbsp Grated parmesan
Pepperidge Farm party rye bread rounds
Mix mozzarella, mayonnaise (use enough to make a smooth mixture), onion, red pepper and parmesan until mixture is fairly smooth. Spread on rye rounds and bake.
