Recipe Introduction
Topped with melted mozzarella and tangy tomato sauce, these wings will be an instant favorite!
3 lbs Chicken wings, about 18
1 jar (14 oz) Pizza sauce
2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
2 tbsp Dry pizza seasoning
2 tbsp Chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Coarse-grind pepper
1 C Shredded mozzarella cheese, about 4 oz.
Preheat oven to 425° F.
Line 2 jellyroll pans with foil. Arrange wings skin side up on pans.
Combine sauce with next 5 ingredients. Reserve 1/2 cup of mixture.
Brush with reserved sauce; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until no longer pink near bone and cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
