- 2T. horseradish
- 2T. mayo
- 1t. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2t. salt
- 8 oz. cream cheese, room temp.
- 6 thin slices boiled ham
Instructions
- Beat horseradish, mayo, Worcestershire, salt & cream cheese until it reaches spreading consistency.
- Place 1 ham slice on a sheet of wax paper. Spread 1/5 of horseradish mixture.
- Layer with remaining ham & horseradish mixture, ending with a ham slice.
- Wrap in wax paper. Freeze 2 hours or overnight. Cut into small cubes.
- Spear each cube with a toothpick. Let stand 1 hour before serving.
- Makes 36 appetizers.
