List of Ingredients
- 4 small new potatoes
- 1/2t. seasoned salt
- 1/2t. seasoned pepper
- 1/4t. crushed bay leaves
- 8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters.
- Sprinkle each with a mixture of seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and bay leaves.
- Wrap 1 bacon piece around each potato piece. Sprinkle with any remaining seasonings.
- Place in baking dish and bake uncovered 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are cooked through.
- Drain on paper towels. Serve, if desired, with sour cream and chives.
