    • 12 LARGE MUSHROOMS
    • 1/4C. GRATED CHEESE
    • 1/2C. BREAD CRUMBS
    • 1/4C. OLIVE OIL
    • 1/4C. PEPPERONI, DICED
    • 1 GARLIC CLOVE, CRUSHED


    Instructions


    1. WASH MUSHROOMS, REMOVE AND RESERVE STEMS.
    2. SAUTE CHOPPED STEMS IN THE OIL AND GARLIC.
    3. REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
    4. ADD IN MORE OIL IF TO DRY.
    5. MAKE A THIN SLICE ON TOP OF EACH MUSHROOM SO IT WILL REMAIN FLAT.
    6. STUFF MUSHROOMS AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH.
    7. BAKE AT 375 FOR APPROXIMATELY 15-20 MINUTES.
