- 12 LARGE MUSHROOMS
- 1/4C. GRATED CHEESE
- 1/2C. BREAD CRUMBS
- 1/4C. OLIVE OIL
- 1/4C. PEPPERONI, DICED
- 1 GARLIC CLOVE, CRUSHED
Instructions
- WASH MUSHROOMS, REMOVE AND RESERVE STEMS.
- SAUTE CHOPPED STEMS IN THE OIL AND GARLIC.
- REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS.
- ADD IN MORE OIL IF TO DRY.
- MAKE A THIN SLICE ON TOP OF EACH MUSHROOM SO IT WILL REMAIN FLAT.
- STUFF MUSHROOMS AND PLACE IN BAKING DISH.
- BAKE AT 375 FOR APPROXIMATELY 15-20 MINUTES.
