    1 pound hot sausage
    2 cups Bisquick
    1/2 cup Shredded Sharp Cheese
    3/4 cup Milk
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/4 cup Parmesean cheese
    1/4 cup Mayo
    1 egg
    1 tsp. Salt

    Brown sausage and onion, drain. In a seperate bowl mix reamining ingredients. Add sausage and onion. Spray mini muffin pans and bake 10-15 minutes @ 350.
