Chocolate Coconut Bars

- 4c. crushed graham crackers
- 1c. butter, softened
- 1/2c. powdered sugar
- 2c. shredded coconut
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1t. vanilla
- 1c. slivered almonds
- 12 oz. chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix graham crackers, butter and powdered sugar. Pat into bottom of a 9x13 pan.
- Bake 10 mins. Mix coconut, milk, vanilla and almonds. Pour over crust and bake 10 mins at 350.
- In a double boiler over low heat, melt chocolate chips and spread on top of bars.
- Cool. Cut into squares.
