List of Ingredients
- Bottom layer:
- 1/2c. butter, softened
- 3T. cocoa
- 3T. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1c. shredded coconut
- Custard layer:
- 3T. butter, softened
- 3T. milk
- 2T. Instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2c. confectioners sugar
- 1t. vanilla
- Glaze:
- 2T. butter
- 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Instructions
- Butter a 9 inch square pan. Bottom layer: Combine ingredients. Press into square pan. Chill.
- Custard layer: Combine butter, milk, vanilla and instant pudding. Blend in confectioners sugar.
- Spread over bottom. Chill at least 15 minutes.
- Glaze: Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over custard layer. Chill. Store in refrigerator, covered, up to 1 month.
