    • Bottom layer:
    • 1/2c. butter, softened
    • 3T. cocoa
    • 3T. sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 2c. graham cracker crumbs
    • 1c. shredded coconut
    • Custard layer:
    • 3T. butter, softened
    • 3T. milk
    • 2T. Instant vanilla pudding mix
    • 2c. confectioners sugar
    • 1t. vanilla
    • Glaze:
    • 2T. butter
    • 4 oz. semi-sweet chocolate


    Instructions


    1. Butter a 9 inch square pan. Bottom layer: Combine ingredients. Press into square pan. Chill.
    2. Custard layer: Combine butter, milk, vanilla and instant pudding. Blend in confectioners sugar.
    3. Spread over bottom. Chill at least 15 minutes.
    4. Glaze: Melt chocolate and butter. Spread over custard layer. Chill. Store in refrigerator, covered, up to 1 month.
    5. Makes: 24 bars
