Pumpkin Bars w/ Frosting

List of Ingredients



• 4 eggs
  
• 1 2/3c. sugar
  
• 1c. oil
  
• 1(16 oz) can pumpkin
  
• 2c. flour
  
• 2t. baking powder
  
• 2t. cinnamon
  
• 1t. salt
  
• 1t. baking soda
  
• Cream cheese frosting:
  
• 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  
• 1/2c. butter
  
• 1t. vanilla
  
• 2c. powdered sugar
  






Instructions



1. Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and pumpkin till fluffy.
   
2. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Spread batter into ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
   
3. Bake at 350 for 25-30 mins. Cool then frost with cream mixture.
