Cracklin Cornbread

- 2c. self rising cornmeal
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2oz. Cracklins
- 1 1/4c. buttermilk
Instructions
- Generously grease pans to be used and preheat oven to 450.
- Measure cornmeal into bowl and gradually add buttermilk, then the egg and cracklins.
- Pour into hot pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
