    HONEY MAID® Graham Muffins

    32 squares HONEY MAID Honey Grahams, finely crushed (about 2-1/2 cups crumbs)
    1/4 cup sugar
    2 tsp. CALUMET Baking Powder
    1 cup fat free milk
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. honey
    Powdered Sugar Glaze

    Recipe




    MIX crumbs, sugar and baking powder in medium bowl.
    STIR in milk, egg and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter evenly into 9 greased medium muffin cups, filling each cup 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400°F for 15 to 18 minutes or until lightly browned. Let stand 5 minutes; remove from pan. Serve warm.
